Join us for Gamers Bay 6, July 30th-31st, 2022. Over 70 of the top Professional and Amateur players from Smash Bros, Fortnite, Naruto Storm 4, FIFA 22 and More Compete for Over $10,000 in Cash & Prizes.
ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
Gamers Bay has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to:
- stalking
- intimidation
- offensive verbal comments
- physical assault and/or battery
- harassing or non-consensual photography or recording
- sustained disruption of Panels, signings, and other events
- bathroom policing
- inappropriate physical contact
- unwelcome physical attention
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
We know it’s super exciting to finally play competitive gaming, but please keep in mind that our talented gamers are also here to enjoy the event, just like you! Make sure to always ask permission first before taking a picture and keep it mind that they spent hours on hours on their skills, so please don’t touch any of them without consent.
If a person engages in harassing behavior, Gamers Bay staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the Event with no refund if needed.Anyone can report harassment. If someone’s behavior has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness the same happening to someone else, you should immediately contact Gamers Bay staff, security team or an Enforcer.

All participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisers, employees and agencies will not be responsible for:
- Any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries
- Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures
- Any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Gamers Bay
Gamers Bay reserves the right to cancel the competition if there are too few sign-ups or if unforeseeable issues appear Gamers Bay reserves the right to deny entry to the esports video game competition to anyone who violates the event rules
